Donna Kashian discusses environmental hazards in state waterways as part of "Great Lakes Now Connect" series

In the first "Great Lakes Now Connect: Beaches" segment, Donna R. Kashian, Wayne State University assistant professor of Biological Sciences, comments about the environmental hazards found in the Detroit River and other Michigan waterways. During another segment titled "Great Lakes Now Connect: Investing in Nature," Kashian discusses the contaminants found in the Great Lakes and how it affects the health of the citizens through the fish they eat.
